Hi there, I’m moving out of my rental and need a reliable handyman to help with a few repairs before I hand the keys back. Jobs include: • Fix one hole in a wall (please bring all materials – I’ll handle the repainting) • Patch and smooth 3 small dings/marks in walls • Repair two loose/broken door hinges in the kitchen • Replace skirting boards in six corners of the house (skirting boards supplied) • Fix two sliding door flyscreens and one window flyscreen – you’ll need to measure and let me know how much mesh/material is required

Need to fix bathroom ventilator. Quote included material+ Labor. About 270mm width.

Repair gyprock and cornice inside bedroom wardrobe. Damage caused by water leak. Leak has been fixed

The garage door is working normally, only making noises when opening and closing. It's investment property. Tenants said neighbour complained the noises. I have video but can't attach.

The door knob had been sort of wobbly for some time but it suddenly became problematic and I am unable to open it with any keys. With the key inserted into the lock, it is not possible to make a full turn and the lock becomes stuck at some point and will not turn any further. Same thing happens with the the mechanism at the centre of the door knob on the inward side of the door. The mechanism I am taking about is the one that you operate to lock or the door - when it is vertical the door is locked - and that also becomes stuck before the full, proper turn. The positions in the photos are the maximum turn you can manage currently. It is still possible to open the door from the inside at the moment.

I have 2 doors and 1 window where our cat has clawed holes into the screens. We want to install stronger thicker screens. The frames are fine for the doors but the frame will need to be replaced I think for the window I have included pictures of the window - it has Sikaflex around it as it wasn’t staying on. Happy to remove it for you first
