Source and install a 360 degree rotating hook into my lounge room ceiling joist for a children's swing. Swings weight capacity is 100kg so I would want the hook to be able to hold 150kg minimum. I want the swing to be able to swing in any direction.

I require a roller blind to be installed on kitchen window. Handyman with own equipment/tools only please. I have the blinds but needing to replace existing one for a day/night option.
