Repair cornice in main bathroom

I have a small piece of Gyprock that needs replacing, Approx. 1500mm x 600mm It is located under a window sill. Needs old Gyprock removed, I will then clean out when is behind there (there was a termite nest located there) New Gyprock put in place and sealed up. Painting will be done later.

2 window fly screen farm to fix , fly screen door not operating properly wheel broken. 2 taps leaking water, 3 windows curtains rod to install. Shower door not opening closing properly , photos attached .

I require a handy person to assist with installing a mirror onto an internal wall (need to find the beam), install two hose reels, install a shower screen guard (need to provide a new one) and install two wireless security cameras. Person may need to bring some screw plugs etc for the hose reels. No more than 2 hours work expected.
