1. I need assistance with securing a gate latch that keeps coming loose. The screw holes have become enlarged due to previous repair attempts, and some handymen have drilled over the original holes, making the issue worse. I require the latch to be fixed professionally so it remains firmly attached to the gate. 2. Additionally, I need a magnet installed at the bottom of the gate (as shown in the example) to prevent the gate from swinging or being pushed by strong wind.
