Need a drop bolt (drop rod latch) installed on the right-side metal gate. Left gate already has a drop bolt installed (see photo) — want a similar one on the other side. Also need 2matching holes drilled into the concrete for the rod. Simple alignment and fixing required. Drop bolt to be supplied by you from bunnings.( Upto $25 a mid range good quality). You will need to get all the materials required for fitting and drilling. No automatic gate, no motor work. Thanks

The chord that we wind up to lift the external shutters (for our window) has frayed. So we can’t lift the shutters back up at all. Pics attached.
