I’m looking for someone with kitchen cabinet / cupboard door experience to repair two kitchen cupboard doors. • One cupboard door has completely fallen off • The second door needs repairing/realigning • Hinges or fixing points may need replacing or reinforcing A general handyman has already attempted this but wasn’t able to complete the job, so I’m specifically after someone experienced with kitchen cabinetry, cupboard doors, or hinges.

Hi! Needing someone to please pick up a set of IKEA curtain rods/fixings and curtains (already received), along with access keys, from a residential Frankston address. Install the fixtures, rods and curtains at a different residential Frankston address (5km/9min drive), then please drop off keys back at first property afterwards. Single window approx. 1900mm wide, see photo. Current old curtains/fixings will need to be removed and can be left at property for disposal, or keep them if any use to you. Replace with the new rod holders, rods and curtains. Blockout and sheer basic tab/pocket rod curtain set with dual rod system, photos attached. Experience with wall fixing installation please. 2x bathroom cornices installed. We have materials

There are a few minor issues in the house that require repair: 1. **Kitchen downlight:** One of the downlights on the kitchen ceiling has come loose and dropped out. It needs to be replaced with a type of downlight that allows the bulb to be replaced easily in the future. 2. **Kitchen bench and cabinet:** A section of the laminate on the kitchen bench and part of the cabinet has come off. It needs to be glued back securely. 3. **Master ensuite window frame:** There is a damaged section on the window frame in the master ensuite. A cover piece is required to patch and conceal the damaged area (see the red-circled area in the photo). 4. **Shower head leaking:** The shower head continues to drip even after the tap has been turned off. It needs to be repaired so that it no longer leaks. 5. **Bathroom floor tiles:** In the other bathroom, two floor tiles have cracked, the surrounding grout has come off, and the tiles move slightly when stepped on. There is also minor sinking in that area. The damaged tiles need to be replaced with new ones, the substrate underneath needs to be levelled, and the grout repaired. Need to clean the place after repair
