The cover has partially fallen off of our back verandah covering the outdoor ziptrak blind. Can this please be replaced. Repair of the existing cover may not be possible due to visible rust/corrosion.

The main task is to replace the front screen door, with some minor repairs and painting that can be done at the same time. 1. Replace Front Screen Door • Supply and install a basic screen door (approx. $200 – please include in your offer) • Remove the old, non-lockable screen door (I’ll handle disposal) • Easy access via stairs • I’ve taken most measurements except the exact door dimensions – these can be confirmed on site • No need to return keys to the property manager — I’ll handle that 2. Minor Repairs & Painting • Patch and repaint the top right corner of the door frame (damaged by the old door – see photo) • Repaint the external stormwater downpipe (left of the front door) • Re-secure an external cable using small U-shaped plastic clips with nails (see photo).
