Find an experienced handyman in Darwin Central

I have a dear friend arriving from Singapore tomorrow and imagine my horror when I found that the old Grand is completely unplayable. I have no idea what's gone wrong but it looks like parts will need replacing to say the least. I need someone who has the skills to fix this to do so immediatley.

I would want 3 air conditioners (Panasonic) cleaned as a part of yearly maintenance. - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, March 26, 2023

You will need to drill larger holes for new door handles, and do a complete install of new handles. Have them here, but I don't have a drill or attachment to make the holes in the door larger

We have water damage to x 2 walls in the bedroom where the gyprock has been damaged. We have removed most of the gyprock to let it dry (1 x month), but now need it replaced with new gyprock. It would be easier to replace entire panel below the window and the ledge above (approx 2m x 1.2) x 2 rooms. if the 2 x sections could be painted to match the existing white wall. We would need the job done between 17 - 29th July.

Also Must have secure property to be about to store 2 teardrop caravans(about the size of a camper trailer). Also show prospects and receive $500 commission for every prospect who buys. Ideally regular work for the right person. Offering hourly rate of $60 plus gst, about 5-10 hours per month initially.
