I need someone to build and install an awning. I have steel available for it already, just need the frames built and installed. I can order the Colorbond too. I have attached a photo of my neighbours awning and basically want to get the same constructed. I can help with labour to install, I just don’t have the facilities to cut and weld the steel.
I gave Brooke instruction to build an awning same as my neighbours, and it ended up looking rather different and nothing was square. Wasn’t happy with the result and I have had to engage someone else to take it down and build it properly. Brooke was pleasant to deal with, but he lacked the tools, technical skill, and attention to detail for the job that I gave him. Never cleaned up either and left metal swarf, screws and concrete dust everywhere.

Two wooden blinds have broken and the remaining ones are old. All need replacing with new block-out blinds. Each window is 138cm wide. Hopefully standard size roller blinds from Bunnings will suffice.
