I need someone to build and install an awning. I have steel available for it already, just need the frames built and installed. I can order the Colorbond too. I have attached a photo of my neighbours awning and basically want to get the same constructed. I can help with labour to install, I just don’t have the facilities to cut and weld the steel.
I gave Brooke instruction to build an awning same as my neighbours, and it ended up looking rather different and nothing was square. Wasn’t happy with the result and I have had to engage someone else to take it down and build it properly. Brooke was pleasant to deal with, but he lacked the tools, technical skill, and attention to detail for the job that I gave him. Never cleaned up either and left metal swarf, screws and concrete dust everywhere.

Install eye plates and tensioned stainless steel wire

I would like to install D-ring base plates and tensioned stainless steel wire to use to hang curtains. Similar to a stainless steel wire balustrade. Job requires drilling in 3 base plates (4 screws each) and running stainless steel wire, tensioning and installing wire clips. You will need to bring a drill and masonry drill bits, and a spanner to install the wire clamps.

Two wooden blinds have broken and the remaining ones are old. All need replacing with new block-out blinds. Each window is 138cm wide. Hopefully standard size roller blinds from Bunnings will suffice.

Hang curtains

I need two Curtain rods hung (provided) in Millner and patchwork on gyorock. The issue is its gyprock onto besser block. Ive drilled into the besser with masonary anchor, but the weight of the curtain pushes it down into the gyprock, crushing it. There's also some pillars which make it difficult to manoeuvre. Are you able to hang the rods effectively. I'm stuck. I have already paid someone in the past, but it only held up for a month. - Due date: Before Monday, 12 February 2024

Just moving into a new home and hoping to hang our pictures and paintings with someone who will do a neat, sensible job please. Also have a couple of kitchen shelves to install, a laundry above-sink cupboard and possibly some bathroom fixtures (rails, shelves etc that might need to go into tiles).
