Handyman needed to fix alignment of the garage door. There is a bit of gap on the bottom right corner between the door and the pavement. Also the door makes a lot of noise opening and closing so not exactly sure what would be the most affordable way to fix it.

I need to remove the current double basin sink, and install a new waterfall sink. Currently the tap is located on the wall. That probably needs to be taken off and patched up. And a new tap connection probably needs for the new sink, as the tap is designed within the sink itself. I already have the sink purchased. Please checkout the images.
