Approx 5m of standard 90mm cove cornice to be installed and matched into the existing cornice. Must be neat, experienced with matching existing cornice and able to leave it ready for paint. I need an experienced plasterer to repair 4 ceilings. The study has water damage (roof causing damage repaired 18 months ago) with both peeling paint and brown water stains. The lounge, dining rooms and foyer also have peeling on edges near cornices from water damage 2 decades ago. Also the dining room and lounge have signs of previous poor plaster repairs from peeling (done by me). The ceilings need plaster repairs to cover the peeling paint and new coat of ceiling white. I have already bought 8 litres of British Paints Paint and Prime to cover what is about 47 square meters. One coat will be enough, the cornices do not need painting. See attahched photos.
