3x1.5 garden shed to be finished off. Side and back panels already started but have run out of time, patience and enthusiasm to finish! Roof panels and front doors and panel to finish. Should only take a few hours maximum for a skilled person with experience. Just looking to have it finished properly so I can move on to doing the concrete floor.

Handyman with a tall platform ladder (approx. 4 m reach) needed to fix a few things around the house: - wooden panels on a high living room ceiling (at 4 m height) are loose and need some screws put in to secure the ceiling paneling (doesn't need to be pretty but functional) - cleaning a high up living room window (bottom of window is at 3.3m height) from the inside (could do the cleaning myself but need the ladder access) Conditions and budget are negotiable. I am also open to hiring a ladder from a third party for a day, but would need the airtasker to transport it (pickup and bring back).

I have bought a 12m x 3m Stratco patio eave mount carport brand new for down the side of my house per photos. Not entirely a straight install as the space can only accomodate roughly 2M from memory. So we'll have to chop the side beams shorter from 3M to 2M or so down to size, and cut the roof sheets shorter to fit as well. Simple stuff. On the labour upside I think we can just mount it to the fence posts that are 6 months old, rather than digging 600mm holes and concreting them in, so thats a nice win. Currently there is just a shade sail that unclips with a few d shackles, and 4 metal posts that will need to be cut at ground level and binned. Flexible on when to do it. I work Monday to Thursday so if you want to DIY through the week thats fine with me, or if you want a hand on a Friday or Saturday that also works for me and I can assist you. I'm easy either way. Unsure on budget. Lets discuss.

Approximately 21 Metres of screening material built (maybe a shadecloth or pvc between 2 houses as a privacy screen possibly with using aluminium/posts/star pickets that would maybe need to be concreted in to support the fencing material. My quote is just for the labour.

Ceiling fan installation. Fan has a remote control and light. Switch to operate light fitting where it will be installed is a pullcord switch. Remote control will control fan setting and light I expect. Let me know if it makes sense?
