Our ensuite pocket door is no longer opening and closing with ease, it’s really stuck. We have tried to adjust it but think it may have have come off one track etc. We don’t have the correct tools or know how to fix it.

I need to hand over this job just need someone to put a angle trim on this or door fill in mortar where required i can send through a video if that helps

We are currently fixing some defects at a house recently built, see below the list that we require a handyman to tend to: - There are loose tiles around a power point in the kitchen alcove, the power point is loose and will require it to be removed, retiled and secured back in place. - There is paint peeling from the windowsill in the upstairs bedroom due to water damage. Small area (paint is lexicon quarter) - Flush plate in the ensuite needs to be replaced with correct colour. Simply remove the wall flush plate and replace it with the same model but difference colour. - The Colourbond fence is leaning, closing the gap between the fence and exterior A/C unit. - Use a ladder to reach level 1 window and caulk any gaps (we can provide ladder if necessary). - There is also water leaking through one of the downlights at the front entrance to the house leaving us unable to use the light. I suspect it will be coming from the balcony

Please see the list below for a few issues that need to be rectified: 1. Internal Door adjustment, wind causes the door latch to make noise. 2. Small mark on the wall at the bottom of the stairs - patch and paint? 6. Colorbond fence - Slightly out of line and loose 7. Air conditioning condensor - slightly loose on plinth, tighten

2 flyscreens have blown off, likely screw tabs have broken, I have the replacement tabs/clips, need to climb onto decking roof, most likely lay down light boards or light planks to walk along and reattach with Phillips head screwdriver and new clips

We have 4 windows we need to put up curtain rods. The wall is gyprock. We want to put the rods above the window frame ideally so will need someone with experience putting curtains into dry walls. Some of the windows are large so will need to do 2 rods. The curtains are just for styling with sheer curtains. Curtains due to be delivered on or after 12 Feb. Installation needed by Tuesday 17 Feb. Secure a mirror which is 900 x 2100 lengthwise in a home gym. Mirror is 6mm thick. Walls are plasterboard on studded frame. Remove Pet Door We had pet door installed few years ago, the dog has never used it! Its a tight squeeze to get through when we open the door, So choosing to take it out, so the door works again, slides back and locks as it was before we installed the pet door :)
