Remove and replace plaster ceiling for hole in the ceiling. Install plasterboard sheet. Sand and set. Prepare and paint ceiling and cornice to match the existing finish in the hall. Replace downlight (supplied). Clean site, remove trade waste, and leave the area tidy.

The garage door cable on right side has come off the spool. Needs some clamps to hold door and screwdriver to pop cable off, realign and then tighten up. Rest of door and electrics are all ok. Easy job I just don’t have the equipment.
