2 existing walls within freestanding home - both walls are old horsehair style gyprock. Both walls have existing gyprock as per the photos. Will require new gyprock sheeting and plastering. Please include cost to remove old gyprock. Larger wall behind bed is 3.5m x 2.5m. Other wall is partially blocked by cupboard, so would be approx. 2m x 2.5m.

Remove the recently installed bulkhead and the cornice installed around the kitchen Restore the cornice running along the wall. The job needs to be ready for the painter, so polished plaster and the ceiling sealed and polished. The kitchen undamaged. We have a kitchen renovation going wrong. So we're trying to roll back the bulkhead and the cornice install, because the kitchen is not level and we ended up with an uneven gap between the cornice and the top of the kitchen. You can see the desired state, without the bulkhead, in one of the images attached when the kitchen was still being built out.
