2 ceiling fans need fixing. They are only working on high. Fridge light flickers. Bedroom wind up blind needs fixing. House belongs to 2 elderly disabled people and Maintenance is hard for them. Potentially more jobs in the future.

We have a ring camera thats not cutting it anymore. Weve bought a Dahua eyeball camera but we need help to get it installed into a steel post on our front fence. I have waterproof juntion box, and a clamp bracket. I have a 50m ethernet cable to run as well, as the protective pvc tubing. I think the camera can be mounted on the same post as the gate motor solar panel, if youre careful not to strike that cable inside it. Or we have another steel post could go on other end of gate track, would need to be concreted in. Or its base can be bolted onto a new concrete pad. Price to be negotiated
