We need someone to sand down plaster on roof and then fix if required and paint in ceiling white, you need to supply paint and have all tools required. Second part is to repair small hole in the toilet room then supply a sample pot of “grey castle” and touch up the toilet area inc around the room. All gear needs to be supplied by tasker.

Screw sheared off the bracket that sits int the top of the front door, that clamps around the pivot mechanism that is fixed to the door frame. Pivot mechanism is a Hafele "hold open" type.
