Roller blind stuck in shut position, the cord has snapped and needs replacing. Window/blind upstairs.

Aircon leakage, caused ceiling to collapse. Aircon has now been fixed and cleared with report. Need to get a quote for ceiling repair for insurance. Photo attach was when it was fresh, now safely patched over temporarily by insurance, electrician and AC technician have already signed off for leakage resolved. Reposting task since struggled to get someone to come during holidays
