I need a corner cupboard hinges fixed (bought and replaced) and the kickboards on the bottom of the cupboards throughout the kitchen replaced (none on there at the moment). Kitchen is small, happy to have inexpensive option for kickboards, something that will work for hinges. I need this urgently, as I am having my house valued on Wednesday.

We have a wooden railing over our pond. Just to clarify the bridge itself is suspended concrete and in great condition, as are the stairs. One of the uprights holding the rails in place has rotted away due to moisture contact and needs replacement. The middle wooden rail has also fallen away. Some of the wooden top pieces to the handrail in another position (on the stairs) also need replacement (one my son removed, the rest seems to be a rot issue). I think I need a person with great carpentry skills. And honestly - no I don’t have a clue how much this would cost so I have just chucked the price in there. If you think it will cost more please let me know! We are eventually replacing all with aluminium /metal but it’s taking forever to get finalised and fabricated and frankly I need it fixed - worried about safety.

I initially installed on a lower section of wall, so will need you to remove the bracket first. once installed, I'll need you to run cable directly down the side of the house. I need clipped /trunking to soffit and down external wall. if the installer has a better option and pole to mount on roof, I'd be keen to see. pole needs to between 32 and 62mm dia for the starlink bracket. all fixings and trunking etc to be supplied by installer. I'll only provide bracket. keen to see what other options are available

Need to remove old attic ladder frame/architraves, install new KASW08A - 2810 to 3075mm Ultimate Series Attic Ladder, replace architraves and attach old door panel to new ladder door panel as new ladder slightly smaller than old opening.

Doors  1. Install 2 x standard 2040x820 hollowcore doors to the studio internal access and studio bathroom.  Note: Bathroom door needs to be cut down due to raised tile area. Existing hardware can be reused but it is recommended to be replaced. Hardware and hinges throughout are currently gold/brass. Existing doors have been removed. 1. Sliding door for external studio access not rolling smoothly. Roller wheels may need to be replaced/tracks oiled.  Screens 1. Install 2 x flyscreens and frames to the top floor bathroom and top floor bedroom closest to the front door. Previous screen for the bedroom is available in the property and bathroom screen frame may be available or may need to be fashioned. The frame will need to be cream to match the existing screens.
