The bedroom balcony upstairs has loose tiles which look like they need to have the grout re done. When there is heavy raining, the water is leaking from the top balcony to the ceiling of the balcony underneath it. I'm not sure it it just needs the tiles re done or if it needs water proofing. Please see photos and let me know what you recommend. Have not set a budget here as I'm unsure what needs to be done exactly and what it should cost. Would like the job done asap
