My balcony sliding door seems to be stuck. It doesnt easily close. I believe the wheels might be broken and need to be replaced. Please note that the door is heavy.
Shawn did a great job fixing the rollers on my balcony door. He was fast, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing, the door is working perfectly now. The only thing I’d suggest is improving punctuality, but overall I’m very happy with the result.

Reattach a damaged aluminium awning above a door will require a ladder, if unable to attach simply remove from the wall
Practical solid advice did the job as requested and advised that it wasn’t able to be repaired so simply removed it and sought instructions on what to do with the spare parts.
