Wooden front door expanded and curved due to heat, making it extremely difficult to lock with thumb-turn latch from the inside or key from the outside. This is a recurring issue in summer for the past 12 years, but it is getting a lot worse now. Need an expert to come visit and assess the situation, and work out a solution, including the potential of replacing a new door or add a screendoor that can withstand direct harsh afternoon sun. I need somebody who can fully attach the base of my floating shelf to the wall. At the moment it’s held up with 8 drywall plastic anchors, but right in the middle is a stud.
