Small ceiling and kitchen cupboard repair

Small jobs around the house that we need help with; - instal air vent in bedroom wall - silicone to shower - add handle to pocket door - install gas hinge to screen door (already purchased, just needs to be installed) - instal blinds above 4 windows. These need a bit of wood installed above windows, and then need to be painted. If not specified, we don't have the items. I can purchase with direction, or otherwise you can. Weve got internal brick walls in our small unit. I've had it painted white to make it look nice. Not nicely done. Decided to have it rendered instead. I wanted to ask howmuch would it cost to have it rendered. Thanks

Door jamb has detached from brick masonry. Wood on the masonry has an old screw in it, and may be deteriorated. Require fixing the door jamb so that the door swings correctly and doesn't scrape on concrete floor.
