I have a slow leak from my kitchen sink mixer tap. The leak appears to be coming from the base of the mixer where it meets the benchtop (see attached photos). I initially thought it might be a worn washer, O-ring or cartridge. I purchased the necessary tools and attempted to investigate it myself after speaking with Bunnings, but once I started dismantling it I realised it was beyond my DIY ability. Rather than risk damaging the mixer, I've decided to have it repaired professionally. I'm looking for someone who can: -Diagnose the exact source of the leak. -Repair the existing mixer if possible. -Replace the washer, O-rings, seals or cartridge if required. -Only recommend replacing the entire mixer if it is genuinely beyond economical repair. -Check the flexible hoses and under-sink plumbing while onsite. -Test everything before leaving to ensure the leak has been fixed.

I’m looking for someone experienced in wall repairs and paint touch-ups to repair a small section of an internal wall. The area has been previously touched up, but the repair is still visible due to a paint mismatch and an uneven finish. I’m looking for someone who can properly repair and blend the area so it is as close to invisible as possible for a rental property final inspection. You will need to bring a small ladder, a drill, and a laser measure for accurate levelling and spacing. This suits someone who hangs professionally and takes care with alignment and finish. My blind chain has broken and my roller blind has come off its bracket. I need to repair the chain and rehang the blind so it is working again

I have two big windows and two bathroom windows brand new that need roller blinds. Double roller blinds. The project is ready for measurement in Gungahlin. Two are size 1200 mm x 1810 mm. Two are size 1030 mm x 610 mm.

Proven professional gyprocker/plasterer to: 1. Gyprock sheet both sides of a sliding door cavity that has been removed and replaced with studs/noggins ready for sheeting. 2. A non-load bearing wall has been removed (4.5m wide *2.7m high) and gyprock sheet required to lhs and rhs and ceiling where wall removed, including adding cornice to both ceiling sides. 3. Replace gyprock sheets to several ceiling holes that were cut out as inspection ports prior to the wall being removed. Gyprock to be left to a very high standard ready for me to paint. Ignore the far wall in the photo with the insulation batts. That won’t be gyprocked as part of this work. Job can be done in 2 parts: Part 1 to be done ASAP sheet old sliding door cavity and lhs of wall where wall removed. To make way for cabinetry install along that wall. Part 2 : remainder of work over next 4 weeks.

The bottom weight rail on the roller blind has detached from the blind fabric. The fabric does not appear torn; the adhesive attaching the fabric to the aluminium bottom rail appears to have failed due to age and wear. The blind cannot be operated properly and requires repair or reattachment of the bottom rail.
