Hi, I was installing a dancing pole at home and damaged my ceiling plaster. I need an experienced handyman or plasterer to help with the pole removal and two ceiling repairs. 1. Pole removal: I installed a SereneLife tension dance pole and since noticing the plaster damage, am unable to remove the pole by myself. I might need some help loosening the pole if it’s needed for repair work to start. 2. Repair tension damage & Reinforce ceiling: The pressure from the pole has caused a minor plaster failure on the ceiling sheet. There is a ~2-inch hairline fracture line running perpendicular to the timber joist, a blown tape bubble right next to it, and a popped drywall screw. You will likely need to drive 2x new 60mm drywall screws into the joist to secure the plasterboard sheet, cut out the loose bubble/tape, V-groove the crack, mesh/paper tape it, flush it with joint compound, sand it smooth, and paint it to match (I can provide ceiling white paint). 3. Repair an Old Water Leak Area (Separate Location, Same Room): In a different part of the same ceiling, there is a ~1m long area and a few minor spots around it (including around a light fixture) with historical water damage (the roof leak has been fixed a year ago and it is 100% dry and had a sparky inspect its safety to repair). You will need to scrape back the flaking/peeling paint finish, apply a stain blocking primer sealer, and patch/skim coat any deep divots, sand, and paint to match. Requirements: 1. Must bring your own tools, ladders, drywall screws, joint compound/tape, and stain-blocking primer. Experience in plastering/gyprock patching is essential. My balcony door Flyscreen is torn. Need to replace the whole Flyscreen. I will provide the Flyscreen mesh with the rubber. Just needed someone with proper tools to take off the torn one and install the new one properly with perfect finishing. Also, need to Remove 11 to 15 command hooks/velcro wall stips from the wall without any marking left on the wall.

- The track of the garage roller door (electric) is not aligned (the motor is fine). When you try to open the door it starts to bunch up on one side while the motor is running. In the meantime, we are pulling it down or rolling it up manually. - One kitchen sliding door is out of alignment, it’s stuck and is very hard to slide. - The last one is a kitchen cupboard door, with a faulty concealed hinged. The jobs include: - Replacing the mesh in two standard-sized flyscreen doors - Hanging one large, heavy painting, including drilling into masonry and installing a suitable heavy-duty fixing - Installing angle brackets and chicken wire around a small courtyard to prevent a dog from escaping - Cutting, shaping and securely wiring the chicken wire into place I expect there will be approximately four hours of work. I have all the required equipment and materials. However, you are welcome to bring your own tools if you prefer working with them. Experience completing similar handyman work is preferred.
