I have 27 doors that need a magnetic door stop installed into the floor and into the back of the door. The floor is tiled and concrete under that. I have the door stops and they come with screws and plugs.

Two parts (a) I'd like the combined ceiling fan/light relocated about 1.5m. I'll have the hole precut. Ceiling space has folding ladder access (permanent). This is above a bed. (B) a light fitting is to be relocated in a different room while at the same time being changed from a light to a combinations light&ceiling fan (supplied). This shall have a hole precut and additional supports installed to ceiling. Access is available from 6am to 2:30pm or 3:30pm to 9pm. No patching or painting required. Ceiling space has very good head room.
