Single storey house, require roof gutters to be cleaned out

I have a section of guttering that need to be replaced. It leaks through holes, is lower than where the drain is and is the wrong type ( the house side rim is lower than the outside rim)

Replace approx 30 tiles, clean roof and clean and prep gutters, spray sealer on roof, spray undercoat for gutters and facias, repaint roof, spray gutters and facias. Two coats for all.

About 1.5m of gutter is sagging (highset house with tiled roof) so needs refixing with clips/brackets, and there is a hole in the top of a downpipe.
