Looking for someone to clean the gutters on my single-storey 4-bedroom home in Truganina. Gutters are mostly clean already – just a build-up of leaves Regular maintenance clean – not a heavy job. Must flush gutters and downpipes properly. No shortcuts – I want someone who takes pride in their work and does it thoroughly. I will be at the property during the job. Roof gutters may need some cleaning / flush all down pipes around the house. There are gutters surrounding the house as well that may need to be cleaned. Would be nice to see before / after pics to see how dirty the gutters are as there's some grass/ debris that falls at times from the roof.

Need Help to fix the water leakage from the roof flowing through the gutter pipe

I am looking to build a wood pergola within the space between my house and detached garage. Pergola will be composed of 2 different structures next to each other, one will be against the house and have a polycarbonate roof and a gutter, the other one wont have a roof and will be opened. One post will have to be attached to the concrete of the alfresco, and we will have to dig the other holes and pour concrete to create a slab and then secure each other post directly onto that concrete. Will be great if you would have a hammer drill and necessary machinery to perform cuts and all. We have some tools but not all of them. Happy to pay per hour.

Water leaking from multiple spots from the gutter - Due date: Flexible

There are a few tiles in the roof that need gluing and other tiles that need replacement. The gutter needs to be checked if there's any blockage that's stopping water running down pipe. - Due date: Flexible

The flow of the water on my roof is going in the opposite direction of my gutter, so water is flowing into opposite direction and going into the wood. Need this fixed please. Photo attached. I need some experienced, if you are reasonably inexperienced then please don't participate as I cannot take a risk with this. Thanks
