1. Closing off an over flow pipe running into next doors roof gutter this is a n issue raised with them and an issues that was something I inherited when I bought the place unknowingly. I did not do the extension. 2.Replacing gutters and down pipes was suggested after assessing by sanders roof company. Refer to a quote given to me when other issues that would help redirect water away from number 5 roof. Was suggested that my gutters main roof and the two down pipes should be redirected to the other side also removing the second down pipe Donna

The job has two parts. Part one is guttering around a deck roof. This involves removing existing guttering and installing new guttering with gutter guard on three sides of a deck, as well as installing a down pipe with a down pipe offset. Part two is adding roof flashing to cover a 1-2cm gap along the connection between the house and the deck. The flashing will need to be securely connected to both the roof tiles and the corrugated deck roofing. The pictures include dimensions. Ideally, you will supply the parts. Please say whether you will do so in the quote. Quotes with photos of previous jobs to indicate the quality of materials and installation are preferred.

A 2 story home gutter clean and repair one gutter corner

I need some gutter guard, protection from leaves. If possible something for drainage as well. Gutter is 9m long approximately and drainage around 8m. Need supply and installation. Thanks

Need one section of our gutter reattached to eaves with gutter clips, and reattached to down pipe and another cleared of any debris and pushed back into place on one side

Remove existing metal roof (sheets, flashing, gutter, etc). Supply and install Colorbond Klip-Lik profile sheets and flashing to all edges. Supply and install ace mini-line profile gutter. Connect to existing downpipe. Add insulation and sarking. It may require a wire mesh over roof area to support sarking and insulation. Roof areas is about 40 sqm.

We have an existing gutter and drainage in place, however when there is heavy rain it has overflow. Wanna add more capacity to it so it handles heavy rain as well

2 story house. A gutter on one side has sagged in the middle, possibly because of high water ingress volume at some stage, possibly when air con was installed.
