Re-fit 2x lengths of guttering (approx 6m each) plus downpipes to metal shed. The gutter brackets appear to be missing/broken so you will need to supply and reattach. As per pics the gutter was hanging by a thread with only pop rivets holding each end onto the fascia. I drilled out the rivets and pulled them down to avoid further damage. The downpipe brackets are still in place so should be easy to rivet back in to the pop and bracket once gutters are back on.

The tile roof needs cleaning to clear the moss build-up (over time). Few tiles need to be changed and the gutter need to clean and restore the roof tiles. There is a possibility of leaking gutter at a few places. Silicone sealant may be required on the joins. FYI: One portion of tile roof is covered by 20 solar panels. I don't have the exact measurement but as part of the job the entire roof needs to be cleaned. No need to dismantle the panels. Open to consider reasonable offers.
