Find a professional gate installation in Vaucluse

i would like someone to mount two items to my front gate (cedar, about 40mm thick cladding): 1) google nest cam (using metal backplate, anchors, and screws); 2) motion sensor floodlight (using screws and anchors). it shoudl be a very simple job, simply mark out the locations (i will advise onsite), then drill holes, and install anchors and screw in. please note you will need to bring your own drill(s) and pencils,etc. you will NOT need a ladder, the height for installation is about 180cm. total time involved should be less than an hour for both items. thank you!

I need the following work done by a locksmith: 1) replace window locks (3 different windows) with new locks. Flexible as to type, can discuss. Current locks are rusting out/not reliable 2) replace current lock on front gate with a Smart Lock (ie one where you need a pin to open it). Needs to be auto-locking (and frankly I would favour one that needs the pin entered on both sides, if those are available). I have a 2 door wooden gate adjoining the boundary fence and house that require refurbishment. I also want to instal a new latch and add a hole so we can reach through and open it. We have a timber planked driveway gate fixed on a steel frame, which in turn is fixed by 2 large pin hinges to a steel column. The pin hinges are welded to the steel frame and the steel column. We need to grind off and replace 2 of these old pin hinges, and finish with Col Galv.

My electric front gate stopped working. I can hear the motor going but it remains stuck.
