Find a professional gate installation in Sydney Eastern Suburbs

I just need the gate to open and close - doesn’t have to be anything fancy. The timber post has broken/splintered and so the hinge is no longer attached. The latch is also not working well which may need replacing.

We need someone to repair or replace a lock on an outdoor side gate. The key is just turning inside the lock but not unlocking the gate. Have no idea how big of a job this is and can obviously negotiate

Our back gate has come off its hinges and needs to be reattached/fixed securely. The frame and gate are both intact, but it will likely require re-aligning, rehanging, and making sure it swings and latches properly. Over the heavy rain we noticed some bubbles in the plaster above a window and below a roof joint. Must be a leak and need it fixed. House is a single storey with a corrugated roof.
