Need handyman for concrete fencing & installing new gate for home.

Two locations where there is a solar and battery system installed on a wall. I need a type of aesthetically pleasing enclousre to surround the systems and make it nice to look at. It needs to serve the purpose of providing shading to the system and also be able to ventilate. There needs to be a gate/door to access for maintenance.

Gate need for side access. It is quite a wide area. Approx 2.2 m wide. Looking to do a double gate. Will need to be different lengths as some of the gate will be on top of concrete and some covers grass.

I have a big dog and he jumps on the back gate which has weakened the latch over time. He has also figured out how to open it. I would like someone to install a new latch on the outside of the gate instead of the inside so he can’t reach it. The gate may also need to be reinforced with some timber as it’s broken (may need a new structural beam). It opens outwards towards the street and is on a slight angle, so you might want to come and look at it first. I need a quality latch as it has broken a few times. We might need to purchase some timber for this job. My dog is a huge German shepherd (50kg) so the gate needs to be really strong and reinforced.

Growth of mould on the ceiling of 2 bedroom unit. I need a plumber to investigate if there is any leak in the building. A screwdriver can be put between the gate and the door frame to flex the gate open bypassing the swipe card access. We would like the gate to be braced so it can't be flexed open. The gate is 1950mm high x 1320mm wide. Photo is attached.

I need automatic gate for my front home entrance measurements are 8.5m X 1.80m

As per the photo, I am in need of some Perspex (which I have) to be cut to size and somehow attached to the existing gate. The reason being is that currently the external lighting bollards render the pool non-compliant due to the fact that a child could climb over the fencing. Please note there are two (2) gates exactly the same. It is for a complex of units in which I need to present quotes initially to the Body Corporate Committee for review.
