We need out gate repainted. It’s metal with some corrosion. I believe it will need to be sanded and sealed, then painted. I needs to both sides done. The mesh at the back of the gate comes off and will need to be screwed back on after the work is done.

Remove rust as well as possible (maybe using high pressure hose) and paint fence and gate.

Wooden gate is jammed and cannot be opened as the wood has expanded from weather changes and tree growing near it. Need a handy man to shave down portion of the door to allow it to be reopened.

Our back courtyard fence and gate has become loose and is also a bit dated. Might need to be fixed into the ground better as it seems loose in the foundation and a new style gate is required. Happy for it to be done properly rather than a quick fix.

Require the back gate lock to be fixed. In the photo, shows the one section has come away from the wood. Happy for a fix that will get it functional. At a later date, I will require the back gate and fence fixed properly but that will be for a job in a couple months.
