Thank you to the people who have responded but more information is clearly needed. The large steel gate (see pictures) is a gate to a laneway and is 'owned' by a neighbourhood association so it is not completely up to me to make the decision. The big gate is hitting the small gate and it can't close properly. It also makes a huge noise which upsets the neighbours. Gym in Darlinghurst. Sound system is playing up and needs to be investigated by a professional who knows what they are doing with AV systems. Making weird noises, hissing, bangs and don't understand why. Normal AV guy isn't in Sydney so looking for someone to help!
