The outside gate latch has come out of alignment due to the hot weather and the gate hanging needs to be adjusted on its hinges to shut properly. It’s a wooden gate and the poles are metal

We need someone who can repair the lock and hinges on 1 back gate and quote for repairs on a second gate 1. Wooden gate repairs - check and repair hinges so it swings open freely - remove and re-fit lock (possibly onto a new wood back plate) Also, when onsite, we would like a quote on cost to: Waterproof/seal a wire gate: including cost to Install secure plastic sheeting &/or rubber backing to seal gate at top of stairs against runoff/rain/flooding. A classic Inner West iron gate has worn down its original grooves, and some brickwork may have shifted over time, causing the gate to no longer fully open. We're looking for an experienced professional to repair the gate and future-proof it for long-term use.

Moving out and need to repair holes in wall from where the tv was mounted, baby gate and vacuum cleaner. Would also like the repairs painted to match. One room is a grayish color and other walls seem to be white. About 11 small screw holes, items are still mounted but will removed when getting close to having the job done

The front gate has swollen in the wet weather and is now jamming to open/close. It also sags. I think the hinged side needs planing back and rehanging, possibly with bigger hinges. This is the most urgent part of the job, as I cannot close the gate properly. The second part is sanding back the peeling varnish and resealing. The photo is of the gate when it was installed a year ago. It has weathered significantly.
