Need to install x2 safety gates on stairs however can’t drill it to banister as it’s a rental. Need aesthetically pleasing banister adaptors (similar to pics attached). Would need timber panels and clear cable ties. Ideally timber to match banister in picture.

I have a box metal framed garden gate that was mounted to a box metal frame. The hinges had seized and the hinges have snapped. They appear to be security gate hinges with the hinge welded to the gate and screwed to the frame.

Priority is repairing wire trellis on top of side fence. I think most of the parts are still there. Tidy up of the Jasmin that has fallen from that trellis. Replace/upgrade/repair 3 garden gate locks. Scrub (not pressure wash, as it will damage the soft sodden wood) green and muck off wooden deck and re-oil.

White picket fence needs new latch drilled/screwed in so can close gate, old one broken. I have purchased gate lock

Attach a new handle / lock to outside gate. Attach numbers to outside gate. Attach a curtain rail. Photos attached

Find the origination of the leak and fix root cause.

Remove the old red door and the rubbish, supply and install a new aluminium slat door with lock as pictured, you will need to supply all the materials.

Apply 1 coat to garage door and entry gate

Handyman/builder required to help baby proof wooden stairs that have a metal/glass railing and glass mirrors at the top of the stairs. It’s not as easy as just putting the gates in. The baby gates need to be customised for our stairs.

I have and existing front brick fence which is quite low. I would like some Aluminium slats colour Primrose with a Gate in aluminium slat design. I would like a quote please.

I need a metal gate to be installed on the existing post. I have purchased the gate and strap and hinge set. I can pay for timber screws and installation cost.

One side of the gate has dropped and needs to be rehung so it can close and open properly. Some of the wood along the bottom needs replacing as its rotted. You might need to plane off some wood to get it to site flush again when rehung.

Fix loose gate. The gate isn't fasten well anymore. Need someone to help come up with a solution, if that's concrete, bolting it to the brick below, or some other suggestion.

Following wet weather our door frame has warped substantially, sanding has not worked and it is getting worse. We’d like to understand the root cause and fix it.

Require old electric gate lock removed and new one purchased installed.
