The rear gate closes, but doesn't latch properly and is a security risk. The gate is made of wood which swells and contracts with temperature changes.

A fence gate is required to block off entrance to the old ramp. Ramp structure is totally disintegarted and lo longer required.The same profile colour of the existing blcony.

Gate hinge and brick has come away - requires reattaching or alternative method of securing gate hinge to wall and making gate solid and functional again.

See the photos attached. We need an outside L shaped bench sanded and oiled, a teak outside table just sanded, a new gate lock installed ( we have the replacement lock) and the back of the gate painted.

Frame for front gate needs replacing so gate will shut

We would like to join a Sliding gate to the fence we already have. We are looking for someone to help build this and install. It must be sliding as we need to give access to the neighbours but would love it to blend in exactly with the existing fence so the same materials. Thanks, Emma.

The underside of the kitchen bench around our tap is wet and soft, likely due to a leak from the tap or water seeping in from above. The chipboard is softening, and the tap has become unstable. We're looking for someone to: - Diagnose and resolve the water issue, ensuring the tap and surrounding area are dry and secure. - Provide additional support under the bench, possibly by fitting a stainless steel or aluminum collar (at least 150mm wide) around the tap shaft to provide lateral support. - Secure the tap. We would prefer someone who can visit during the week and bring all the necessary tools and materials to complete the job.

Wooden outdoor fence / gate door is dragging in the floor in one point. The door will either need to be cut back or the hungers readjusted, but I think likely the bottom needs shaving back - Due date: Flexible
