Find a professional gate installation in Balmain

Priority is repairing wire trellis on top of side fence. I think most of the parts are still there. Tidy up of the Jasmin that has fallen from that trellis. Replace/upgrade/repair 3 garden gate locks. Scrub (not pressure wash, as it will damage the soft sodden wood) green and muck off wooden deck and re-oil.

We have a number of small jobs outside. Replace about a dozen decking slats, removing old ones and cutting to size the wood we will supply and nail in. Second job to remove a side gate, shave the edge and replace one piece of wood. Also with hammer drill set hose in a wall.

Reattach outdoor gate hinge (needs to be screwed back in)

New Control 4 Installation, all equipment supplied by owner. Need an experienced programmer to coordinate with owner and electrician to set up lighting zones and auto gate/door opening protocol

Need to weld broken hinge on gate

We need 2 x baby gates installed at top of stairs. We also need 1 x wall coat rack installed

This is the top hinge of a steel front gate. There were originally two 12mm coach bolts. Unfortunately when they put them in the first time they drilled the holes very close to the corner of the upright pole and now it has rusted and the holes expanded. May need to relocate the hinge a bit lower, but not ideal as the holes will still be there. I've tried screwing in larger bolts (14mm) but the holes just get bigger because of the rust.

Replace rotten rails on picket fence. (Pickets are mostly reusable.) Replace rotted gate post. Possible repair to gate. Repaint to match current. The fence has 3 spans with 2 rails on each. The most in need of repair (photos) is 2.4m. (The next is 2.0m and the 3rd is 2.5m and I will take advice on the need to replace or repair). The gate post/stop is 1.5m high (photos). Iron gate has come away from post and needs welding back on.Also reattach spike back on railing. - Due date: Flexible

The latch for the side gate of our house is faulty and needs replacing. Screws are continually becoming loose and the gate flaps in the wind. Either the latch needs to be attached properly or the whole mechanism needs replacing. - Due date: Flexible

Latch has come off. Screws don't fit anymore ie: won't screw in. Needs a metal drill and new screws I think?
