Gas stove one burner not working might need to change thermocouple/ replace the faulty valve.

I want to fix my gas cooktop

Gas stove but one of the stove is having trouble starting or stay lit. Only available weekends or weekdays after 6pm.

I have two stove top burners (on the left) that will not stay alight on my Smeg freestanding oven. Also, when 2+ burners are on at the same time, the flames are weak. I’ve already had a technician come out to quote the job, so I already know what is required to be fixed. Gas pipe needs to be replaced because it is dented and reducing gas flow. Can I please be quoted for the below: 1. THERMOCOUPLE WOK BURNER [Front Left] 2. THERMOCOUPLE [Rear Left Burner] 3. GAS DISTRIBUTOR PIPE ASSEMBLY 4. Cost of labour I’ve been advised that the replacement of the thermocouple may not fix the problem, and if that’s the case, the wiring underneath the stove top may need to be replaced for those two burners. A quote for this would also be helpful. Thank you

I am looking repairing haier HCG604WFCX3 gas cooktop. One of the Gas burner 13.7 MJ/H, Wok burner, is not working as per video attached. Gas stove ignite with spark but the flame doesn't stay and turns off as soon as you release the dial. I think thermocouple or gas valve replacement required. Middle burner, ignition sparks but doesn't light..

Looking for someone to inspect and repair a gas cooktop. There is gas supply and all burners can be lit manually with a lighter, but there is no clicking/ignition sound and no spark from any of the burners. An electrician has already checked the electrical supply and confirmed there is no issue with the power/circuit. Looking for someone experienced with gas cooktop repairs

The kitchen cupboard next to the stovetop smells like gas (the gas piping runs through this cupboard). It's unknown where the gas is leaking from. It's been turned off at the mains for now. We need someone to inspect it, find out whether the gas leak is, and repair it. Licensed gasfitters only.

I need my induction hob removed and a gas cooker top installed. There is gas underneath. The tops are the same size.

I have a free-standing gas cooktop / oven that was removed when the floors of my villa unit were sanded. I now need to have the unit re-installed and fitted off again. The unit is sitting just out in the courtyard and it requires being lifted in up 1 small step and then back into its original position. The kitchen is next to the back door. The property is about to be listed on the market and photos are being taken on Thurs 20th August, so the job needs to be done ASAP prior to this date.

We have an Everdure 4-burner gas cooktop in our townhouse and the gas pressure/flame from the burners is currently very weak. The cooktop still lights and operates, but the flame output is much lower than it should be and cooking takes considerably longer. We own the townhouse and have access to the property's gas meter/regulator. Photos of the cooktop and gas meter are attached. Looking for a licensed gas fitter to: - Diagnose the cause of the low gas pressure/flame. - Check the gas pressure at the cooktop. - Check the cooktop/burners, jets and appliance regulator if applicable. - Check whether there is an issue with the gas supply, regulator or line feeding the cooktop. - Rectify the problem if it is a straightforward service/adjustment/repair. - Let us know if any additional parts or larger repairs are required before proceeding. The knobs on my Technika gas stove get stuck and occasionally don't turn. Needs to be repaired and all 4 knobs need to be replaced. I do not have replacement knobs so, happy to pay additional cost replacement knobs. Stove top has not been serviced or repaired since I moved into this property in 2019. *6/7/26 - Update: 4 knobs now do not turn at all. Even removing the plastic knob cover, the metal rod (?) underneath also doesn't turn when using a wrench. It appears to be an issue with the cook top itself. I have broken one of the plastic knobs trying to turn it, so ideally want to replace all 4 now.

I have old new kitchen appliances that I would like to get swapped out: 1. Uninstall existing gas cooktop, install new gas cooktop. 2. Uninstall existing dishwasher, install new dishwasher. New appliances are unpacked and ready to go.
