I have a Chef Royal Coordinate Series 100 gas upright cooker (P/N 46451) and I’m trying to understand the correct way to ignite the oven. The cooker is natural gas only (label shows 38922). The grill ignites fine using the spark knob, which I’ve tested and works correctly. However, I don’t see a separate spark knob for the oven, so I’m unsure whether the oven is manual ignition, shares the grill igniter, or ignites differently. The cooktop works, but I’d appreciate step-by-step guidance from anyone familiar with this model or similar Chef ovens.

Electrical specifications for the new oven is in the photos. New oven model is Westinghouse 90cm Freestanding Electric Pyrolytic Oven with Induction cooktop. Task: Fix Gas Oven Temperature Control – Spindle Won’t Turn to OFF Hi, I need help with a gas oven temperature control issue. The metal spindle behind the plastic knob won’t rotate all the way back to the “0°C / OFF” position. Because of this, the oven won’t shut the gas off fully using the knob, (or any other tools) and I currently have to turn the gas off at the main supply, which is unsafe and inconvenient. The temperature knob is broken too , as i tried hard to turn the spindle, The spindle rotates through the temperature range normally but stops before reaching OFF, as if something inside is obstructed or misaligned. I need someone who can: inspect the control mechanism, diagnose why the spindle won’t reach the OFF position and repair or replace the necessary part so the oven can shut off safely Model: Chef (similar to this but older model) Photos attached for reference. When trying to turn fan force on oven wants to ignite but doesn’t heat - bottom gas burner doesn’t heat but top one does.

After some assistance to have a gas oven disconnected before the electric oven is put in. Oven is free standing gas - if you can take it as well, that’s great. Not essential though!
