Install a new gas oven in a house

Oven not staying on when on low setting

Gas oven needs disconnection. Oven is no longer required. Oven is supplied by gas line running to base of oven. Need oven disconnected and gas line capped by a licensed gas fitter.

Need licenced plumber to connect gas oven and check hot water.

gas oven and cooktop have both stopped getting gas. Ignition clicks normally but there’s no gas smell and no gas flow from any burner. Hot water system works fine, so it looks isolated to the appliance. The gas regulator behind the oven may have failed and may need replacing. I also cannot find a valve for the gas to the appliance anywhere. Prefer someone who can attend Monday.
