Hi! I’m looking for a licensed gas fitter to adjust the gas pipe behind our built-in microwave cabinet. The current copper gas pipe and flexible hose protrude about 10 cm, which prevents the microwave from sitting flush with the cabinetry (photos attached). I need the pipe/fitting shortened, rerouted, or fitted with a more compact elbow so the appliance can slide back properly. We are looking for a qualified gas engineer to safely remove an old gas hob and install a new one. The job includes: * Disconnecting and safely removing the existing gas hob. * Installing and connecting the new gas hob. * Ensuring all work complies with safety regulations. * Conducting a gas safety test post-installation. When my house was constructed, the builder left a capped gas pipe at the rear for future extension. I would now like to extend this existing pipe by a little less than 9 metres as I’m currently putting in a deck and want to have an outdoor kitchen with gas appliance later as part of the deck. The gas ducted heater needs servicing. The fan is working, but sometime the burner flame won’t stay on. It will ignite and stay on if you restart it from the main switch, but sometimes it only runs for three to four minutes before shutting off again. specially on Windy day.
