Random plumber installed a new gas top and made the connection and working fine with no leaks for months. Charged me $150 for installation. The existing connection should be checked and certified by a licensed plumber. When you are quoting, please be note that the existing gas top is properly seated and working fine for months and no alterations should be made for existing arrangement. I need you only to check the supply connection, and make the connections safe (if not in to standards) and issue a safe tag.

Gas cook top igniter doesn't work. The igniter button is stuck. I always need to use a lighter to make it work. The brand is Simpson.

I have a fairly new Real Flame Gas log heater, in near new condition, It does not get much use, although it is about 7 years old, it all works very well when going, except it is VERY hard to start it with the pilot flame / thermostat, you have to hold the pilot light button on for at least 5 minutes, until the thermostat gets warm enough to start up, It needs some udjustment and resetting. - I need it fixed to stop my dear wife complaining. !
