I need a qualified professional to carry out the following tasks at my property to meet safety and functionality standards: 1. HWS Flue Terminal Clearance The minimum clearance from the Hot Water System (HWS) flue terminal to the drainpipe must be 150 mm. The current pipe position does not meet this requirement. Please reposition the drainpipe to ensure the 150 mm clearance for safety compliance. 2. PTR Valve Insulation There is no Pressure and Temperature Relief (PTR) valve jacket installed. Please install the appropriate PTR jacket insulation to the PTR valve. 3. Gas Cooker Regulator Replacement The gas regulator on the cooker is faulty and cannot adjust the working pressure to 1 kPa. Replace the regulator with a new, functioning unit.

I have a gas cooktop which has a very temperamental ignition (sometimes it will light immediately, other times you have to wait ~10 seconds). Some hobs are better than others. The gas has a hard time remaining lit on a lower setting. I'm unsure of the cause of these two issues. A full clean is likely required, unsure if a new igniter or other components are needed, but looking for someone with the skills and knowledge to identify if this is necessary and could perform the replacement. Thanks!
