Project Brief – Planted Verge Installation (Corner Property) We are seeking quotes to remove existing grass and weeds, and install a low-maintenance, drought-tolerant planted verge along the full front boundary of our corner property. The verge runs outside our front fence beside the public footpath and wraps around the corner. We want a clean, structured, high-end look inspired by Paul Bangay, suited to Adelaide Hills conditions and requiring minimal ongoing care. No permanent irrigation preferred. Scope of Works 1. Site Preparation • Spray and remove existing grass and weeds • Remove turf and top layer of unwanted material • Improve soil as required (compost or conditioner) • Level and present neatly, following existing slope 2. Planting Installation Open to refinement, must remain low-water and structured: • Westringia ‘Jervis Gem’ hedge (~65–70 plants at 60cm spacing) • Myoporum parvifolium groundcover (~150–180 plants at 40–50cm spacing) • Optional White Agapanthus accents (~10–14 plants, rhythmically spaced) Planting must be evenly spaced, straight where required, and visually consistent. 3.
