The slate has minimal existing damage, and I’d like to avoid any further harm during the move. Neither my partner nor I are able to lift heavy items due to medical reasons, and we’re not experienced with pool table disassembly or slate handling. The table is in a ground-level room with easy access—no stairs involved. The goal is to safely remove and store the slate in another room, followed by dismantling and storing the rest of the table components. I’ve attached a photo to show the current stage of disassembly.
