Fairly new Fridge/Freezer from Samsung that is not cooling properly and at the back of the unit 'water running' noise can be heard. However, no water is leaking. It was purchased couple of years ago and just ran out of it's warranty period. Need this urgently fixed. Thanks.

This morning, I realised the freezer section has stopped working altogether — items have defrosted and are no longer frozen. I’ve since removed the contents and checked for any leaks or frost build-up, but there’s nothing visible behind or inside the unit. I’ve also tried turning the fridge off and on a few times, but the issue persists. The main concern is that the freezer is no longer functioning, and I’m not sure what’s causing it. the freezer has started melting away all the ice. there was some sort of noise from the freezer fan and now it isnt cooling.

My freezer is not working , probably low gas or I'm not sure as I bought it on marketplace and need someone to come and check the issue.

All of a sudden stopped working Now it’s molding 🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s a CHIQ HYBRID 380L Freezer Had to throw out all meat and clean it but now it’s been off and it’s molding Would like someone to diagnose & fix if possible.

My freezer has all of a sudden stopped working I’ve lost alll of my meat now it’s all defrosted and leaking. Not sure what happened Bought second hand maybe a year ago and haven’t had an issue since.
