Lay some Vinyl Flooring from Bunnings or very cheap Vinyl on a concrete floor. There is 2 small rooms both about 2m long by 2m wide. Maybe I can supply the Vinyl from Bunnings and I just need it laid into position.

Thinking matte finish, water based so it doesnt stink out the other units. It has beading all around the skirtings, Unsure if that also needs to be replaced if sanding the floors? (Hopefully not)
