The deck is already installed, and the job involves proper brushing and surface preparation, light sanding or polishing if needed, applying an even deck stain, and finishing with quality timber oil to achieve a neat, rich look. This is a small but detail-focused task, so experience with Merbau decking is important. We are just looking for someone who can complete the job today. We are looking for an experienced floor preparation / concrete levelling specialist to finish ramping and levelling several internal transitions in our home. Scope of work: • Create smooth, feathered ramps at 3 bedroom doorways and the lounge room • Prepare slab to meet hybrid / floating flooring tolerances • Grind high spots as required and apply smoothing/levelling compound • Final surface must pass straight-edge test (no bounce under flooring) Important details: • We have already started the prep (initial grinding and levelling has been done) • The job now requires professional finishing and refinement • Product used: cement-based levelling compound • This is an internal residential job • Experience with floor prep is essential (not a general handyman job) Please only respond if you have proven experience in floor grinding and levelling for flooring installs.
