Hi, Looking for a quote from a carpet pro to fix two small issues in a bedroom landing area (photos attached). - The carpet has pulled loose near the stairs and needs to be restretched and re-secured. - There are also a couple of surface stains that need treating. The carpet isn't torn or ripped, so just to be clear, this is a repair job, not a full replacement. A written quote explaining the work involved would be ideal for me to accept.
