This depends on other factors) Old carpet and/or underlay can be removed ready for new installation. Ideally carpet quite similar in style and colour of other room (not adjoining so very close match will do) Only doing for sale so quality not an issue and need cheapest suitable type available (maybe Polyester/Nylon?) Main section measures 338.5 x 349cm Walk in robe adjoined/continuing on from main area 205 x 118cm Although it measures a total width of 272cm (that is if counting the full distance across from inner cupboard walls) and this includes the sliding door tracks plus the inside carpeted area of the built-ins. Measurements for just the inside of these is LEFT 52cm width inside RIGHT 79cm width inside but replacement of carpet inside these built-ins may not necessarily be needed anyway if we get a good match. There is also a small storage cupboard adjoining/continuing off the main area that is 40x62cm Carpet Call have already told us they will not do just one section and suggested $700-$800 cost including underlay and installation for these measurements using a middle range quality and suggested for higher quality type of carpet would be a maximum of $1000. We would only consider higher quality if needed to get a closer match but the original carpet is quite standard plain, not very plush with no patterning etc.. NOTE- Two photos were taken with a different phone making the colour seem like it’s more grey than brown but of course correct comparison will be needed before deciding and these pics are just for reference of type etc…. Will add a map/floor plan giving an indication of the layout soon.

I was looking someone (company) to do sanding, staining and polishing for my wooden floor in my new house. Calling some companies either they are not replying my email / phone, or give me a very high price. I end up posting this job on AirTasker. At first, to be honest, I looked dubiously about Dean’s review. Not only he is new member at Airtasker, also there is only one customer’s review (at that time), even it is 5 stars. So I took the risk. And the result is WOW. I am feeling very lucky to give the task to him. He is a very polite person, hard working, and through him I know better about wooden floor. He patiently explains to me all about wooden floor, how to maintain it, how to clean, and what should I do if I scratch the floor. He is very helpful.
