Looking for sqm rate as I don’t have the exact measurements (no floor plan provided) Attached is a picture of the exact flooring we want installed. In our living room and kitchen area a few of existing laminate planks have developed gaps and have come loose. We have spare planks that we would need these replaced with. Wooden beeding along the edges would also need to be secured properly.

I have 3 boxes of peel ‘n’ stick vinyl plans which I need laying in a 2.4m x 2.4m room. The skirting is not level, so I fear I may mess up if I give it a shot myself.

5 new marrie timber planks have been installed to replace existing planks in one corner of the house (photo attached). Need them and a few nearby ones, sanded and polished to roughly match the existing solvent based marrie flooring and install associated skirting. The tasker is responsible for supplying all materials, solvent based polish, gloss finish, and all tools required for carrying out the work eg sanding, polishing, attaching skirting etc. The tasker is required to seal the space between the tile floor on other side of door and the board in the room, and between the steel door frame and boards.
