Timber deck minor fixing and polishing

Outdoor wooden deck in backyard needs a wash and floors need a layer of varnish. Materials can be supplied by us if you let us know the names and brands in advance. Size of deck is approx 6m x 6m. Floor needs to be washed, dried and then varnished. Some furniture on the deck need to be moved around while washing/varnishing is done but most of it will be empty. Optional: there are plastic curtains around the deck which could use a wash as well but not a priority. If you're willing to do it, please feel free to quote us on it.

I have small area in the house where we removed the fire place from. The floor is almost level and we just need to extend the hybrid flooring to the area and match to the walls. I can someone to supply and install or I can maybe buy and you can install for me please and there are fe either planks which got scratched while moving furniture. I want to get those removed and new pieces install in the area too. Please see the photos attached. The size of the corner area is approx 1700 by 1700 and the other pieces count to maybe 10 pieces at max. Thanks for checking the add.

New carpet layed but unfortunately the track for my sliding doors for built in robe is now too high for the doors to be fitted. Carpet will need to be cut under the track and fixed down so the edge doesn’t fray. The track will need to be put back in so it’s a bit lower and doors can be fitted. Room is about 3800 long.
