There is a 2cm gap between the skirting and floor board after taking the old carpet off and the carpet strip is hard to remove under the skirting board. I would like to have a quote taking the skirting off , removing the carpet strip, putting the skirting back securely to seal the 2cm gap. Total length of the skirting is approximately 10 meters

Hello! I am looking for someone to sand and polish floorboards in a house in Seaford. I have recently had the house deep cleaned and unfortunately the floors need some additional work! I have been advised they need to be sanded and polished, however I really do not know the cost to have this done. See attached images of the floors.
