I am needing a couple of areas of concrete flooring levelled out so I can install tiles. There is a small hole in the floor as well as an area of around 60 centimetres at the far back right hand corner which dips. Not sure how much to pay but I am very flexible. - Due date: Flexible

I have 40m2 of Godfrey Hirst Hybrid Natural Oak flooring planks to be installed at our house in Newcomb See attached floor plan for the extent of hybrid planks highlighted in yellow. We haven't got any Transitions or Scotia's, please include the supply of these in your quote. The Transitions and Scotias should be Natural Oak colour, to match the flooring. In wet areas, the transition will be to tiles (already installed), see photos. I'm told a T transition (?) will work in these locations. The transition to Lounge, Study, and Dinning will be to exposed concrete (grind and seal) - Due date: Flexible
